Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Chinese parsley
  • 1 tsp. green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. hoisin jeong
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 c. fillet uncooked chicken, cut in 1 inch squares

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
  3. Wrap each piece of chicken in a 2 1/2-inch square piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil with all loose corners tucked in.
  4. Deep fry the wrapped chicken for 5 minutes.
