Chicken Kebobs

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 slices white bread, crumbled
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix together in a large bowl all the ingredients except melted butter.
  2. Make slightly oval-shaped balls about 3 inches long.
  3. Brush the chicken balls with melted butter.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Place the chicken balls in a shallow pan sprayed with Pam.
  6. Cook for about 20 minutes, turning once and loosely covering with foil.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with lemon wedges and sliced red onions.
