Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken livers
  • 2 Tbsp oleo, melted
  • 1 Tbsp mayo
  • 1 Tbsp catsup
  • 1 Tbsp onion, grated
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken livers in simmering water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the livers and chop them finely.
  3. Blend the chopped liver with melted oleo, mayonnaise, catsup, grated onion, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
