Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Brown in melted butter. Remove chicken.
- Add onions and saute until tender.
- Add flour and curry powder.
- Stir until smooth and bubbly (about 2 minutes). Stir in broth.
- Bring to a boil; add chicken.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
- If sauce is too thick, add more butter.
