Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup wine (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Swiss; use one or mix)
  • bread crumbs
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Place seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  2. Cover with soup diluted with wine or water.
  3. Generously top with shredded cheese.
  4. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the cheese.
