Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cooked or canned chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 9 oz. can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 oz. can chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the noodles in a mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in 1 cup of chow mein noodles into the mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining chow mein noodles on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes until hot and bubbly.
