Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups rosé wine
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix rosé wine, soy sauce, cooking oil, water, brown sugar, ground oregano, and garlic salt.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Bake, covered, at 375°F for one hour or until the chicken is fork-tender.
