Ingredients

  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups diced leftover chicken, ham, beef or pork
  • 1/2 medium green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cups Minute rice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic in oil in a skillet until lightly browned.
  2. Add diced leftover meat, green pepper strips, and water to the skillet.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
  4. Stir in the Minute rice.
  5. Cover the skillet and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
