Ingredients

  • 5 oz. chicken breasts
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. peanut oil
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 10 wonton wrappers (3 x 3-inch)
  • 10 wonton wrappers (3 x 3-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine chicken, egg white, cornstarch, peanut oil, and soy sauce.
  2. Process until the mixture is finely chopped and well combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrappers to enclose the filling and seal the edges.
  5. Spray a steamer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the dumplings in the steamer basket in a single layer.
  7. Steam for 10 minutes until cooked through.
