- Cream together 2 tablespoons melted margarine and cream cheese.
- Add chicken to the mixture and blend well.
- Add salt, pepper, chopped onion, pimento, and milk; mix thoroughly.
- Separate the dough into four portions.
- Place one quarter of the chicken mixture onto the center of each dough portion.
- Bring all four corners together and seal the sides and top to form a roll.
- Brush the tops and sides of each roll with melted margarine.
- Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs over the top of each roll.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve hot, optionally with chicken gravy poured over the top.
