Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. chicken, cut up
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Cream together 2 tablespoons melted margarine and cream cheese.
  2. Add chicken to the mixture and blend well.
  3. Add salt, pepper, chopped onion, pimento, and milk; mix thoroughly.
  4. Separate the dough into four portions.
  5. Place one quarter of the chicken mixture onto the center of each dough portion.
  6. Bring all four corners together and seal the sides and top to form a roll.
  7. Brush the tops and sides of each roll with melted margarine.
  8. Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs over the top of each roll.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Serve hot, optionally with chicken gravy poured over the top.
