Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup rose wine
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half and remove skin.
  2. Trim all visible fat from the chicken.
  3. Place the chicken in a 1 1/2 quart casserole sprayed with Pam.
  4. Combine soy sauce, ground ginger, rose wine, water, and brown sugar in a bowl and stir well.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  6. Cover and bake at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  7. Serve over rice with the juices.
