Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in a mixture of yogurt and spices for a few hours before cooking. If you don't have walnuts, pecans or almonds can be used as a substitute. Adjust the paprika to your taste preference; smoked paprika will give the dish a nice depth. Ensure the chicken is cooked through by checking its internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the chicken sauté with a side of fluffy rice or crusty bread to soak up the flavorful sauce. A fresh green salad or steamed vegetables complements the dish well. For a festive touch, consider serving it alongside Easter Potatoes for a delightful meal. Garnish with fresh parsley for an appealing presentation.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, gently warm in a skillet over medium heat until heated through, adding a splash of chicken broth to keep the chicken moist. Alternatively, you can microwave it, covered, in short intervals to avoid overcooking.
