Ingredients

  • 14 oz canned chunk chicken
  • 7 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cans chopped green chilies
  • 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients except the cheese in a large, greased casserole dish or two smaller dishes.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
