Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, melted butter, and minced garlic in a large pan and sauté the chicken until cooked but not browned.
  2. While the chicken is sautéing, microwave the broccoli until al dente and keep warm.
  3. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  4. Layer the cooked chicken, broccoli, and spaghetti in a large bowl, then sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
