Ingredients

  • tostada shells
  • chicken breasts
  • toppings
  • onion
  • margarine
  • beans
  • chunky salsa
  • taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse chicken breasts; pat dry.
  3. Cut chicken into strips.
  4. In a skillet, cook half of the chicken in margarine over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
  5. Remove cooked chicken from skillet.
  6. Cook remaining chicken and onion in skillet for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
  7. Return all chicken to the skillet.
  8. Add chunky salsa and taco seasoning; simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  9. Heat beans separately.
  10. Arrange tostada shells on a baking sheet, overlapping as necessary.
  11. Heat shells in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
