Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 to 6 cups water
  • Mrs. Dash

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken breasts in a pan.
  2. Add water; bring to a boil.
  3. Add bouillon cubes; stir until dissolved.
  4. Add frozen vegetables to the pan.
  5. Ensure vegetables are covered with water.
  6. Add Mrs. Dash and garlic salt to taste.
  7. Bring the mixture to a boil again.
  8. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
