Sixty Minute Dinner Rolls
Soft, fluffy dinner rolls with a buttery flavor, perfect for family dinners or special occasions. Quick to make and ideal for sharing with loved ones.

- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Combine milk, water, and margarine, and heat until very warm (margarine does not need to melt).
- Add the warm liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup flour and mix on high speed for 2 more minutes.
- Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
- Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Shape the dough into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12 minutes.
