Ingredients

  • 2 cans (13 1/4 oz. each) chicken broth
  • 2 packages (9 oz. each) Birds Eye creamed spinach, thawed
  • 1 cup original Minute Rice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring the chicken broth and thawed creamed spinach to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in the Minute Rice, cover, and remove from heat.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes to allow the rice to cook and absorb flavors.
  4. Season the soup with pepper and a dash of nutmeg.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
