Ingredients

  • 35 chicken wings
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. tarragon
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the wing end piece off and discard.
  2. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry.
  3. In a shallow pan, melt the butter.
  4. Add seasoned salt, garlic powder, and tarragon to the melted butter.
  5. Mix the butter and seasonings well.
  6. In a shallow pan, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Dip each wing into the butter mixture, ensuring it is completely coated.
  8. Then coat the wing in the bread crumb mixture, pressing down to coat completely.
  9. Place the coated wings on a greased baking sheet.
  10. Bake in a 400°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown.
  11. Serve hot.
