- Rinse and dry wings quickly.
- Place wings in nonmetallic bowl. Pour on lemon juice; rub salt into wings.
- Combine honey, oil, mustard, curry powder, soy sauce, wine and garlic.
- Pour this marinade over the wings; mix at least twice.
- Dissolve chicken cube in the hot water.
- Place wings on rack in shallow baking pan. Pour marinade over wings.
- Add 1/4 cup consomme liquid.
- Dot each wing with small piece of butter.
- Bake at 400° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Baste wings with pan liquid every 20 minutes.
- Add the rest of consomme liquid at the end of 40 minutes and turn wings twice during cooking.
