Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups broken uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 4 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup pimento
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, salt, pepper, diced cooked chicken, pimento, chopped green peppers, and chopped onion.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
