Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Grated garlic
  • 1 tsp Gochujang
  • 5 cm Japanese leek (the white part)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the Japanese leek, grate the garlic, and mix all the ingredients together.

  3. This gochujang has just a bit of red chili pepper, so it's mild.
