Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 c. chopped and peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. hot water
  • jalapeno peppers

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped and peeled tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add paprika, flour, Velveeta cheese, hot water, and jalapeno peppers.
  3. Cook slowly for 10 minutes, stirring until cheese melts and mixture is heated through.
  4. Serve in a fondue pot or warm serving dish.
  5. Great over tortilla chips.
