Chili Rellenos Crescent Triangles

Crispy crescent triangles filled with spicy green chilies and melted Cheddar cheese, perfect as a savory snack or appetizer for gatherings and casual meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, stir together chopped green chilies and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  3. Unroll the Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls and divide into 8 triangles.
  4. Place the green chili and cheese filling in the center of each triangle, dividing evenly among all 8.
  5. Fold each triangle carefully to form a smaller triangle, sealing all edges with a fork.
  6. Place the filled triangles on a large baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted margarine.
  8. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
