A zesty uncooked chili sauce packed with fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers, and vinegar, perfect for adding heat and flavor to grilled meats or as a condiment.

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except vinegar and sugar.
- Stir well and let stand for 4 hours.
- Drain in a cloth bag overnight.
- In the morning, bring vinegar and sugar to a boil.
- Add the vegetables and can in sterilized hot jars. Do not boil.
