Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can Mex-style tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • Chili powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper until the meat is no longer pink.
  2. Drain excess fat and remove from heat.
  3. Combine the cooked mixture with chili beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chili powder.
  4. Simmer the mixture until flavors meld and chili is heated through.
