Ingredients

  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1.5 lb. ground lean beef
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 to 2 cans red kidney beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground lean beef and chopped onion in a pan.
  2. Drain all grease from the meat and onion mixture.
  3. Add chili powder, stewed tomatoes, and red kidney beans to the pan.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 1 hour to develop flavors.
