Ingredients

  • 1 package tortillas
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can sliced black olives
  • 1 cup grated Jack cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can green chilies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a greased 3-quart casserole dish, layer tortillas, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup mixed with green chilies and sliced black olives, then sprinkle with grated Jack, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses.
  3. Repeat the layers ending with a layer of soup mixture on top.
  4. Sprinkle the top with one can of chile salsa and a little additional cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm.
