Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 minced shallots
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Throw it all in the blender and blend until its the consitance of a paste.
