Instructions
- Combine chicken, picante sauce, green onion slices, cumin, oregano, and salt in a saucepan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid has evaporated.
- Brush one side of a flour tortilla with melted margarine.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup of the meat mixture onto the unbuttered side of the tortilla.
- Top with 2 tablespoons of cheese.
- Fold two sides over the filling.
- Fold the ends down to enclose the filling.
