Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup corn oil
  • 2 to 3 pounds cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2 to 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry shredded cabbage in corn oil and salt until slightly wilted.
  2. Add shredded carrot and chopped green onions; cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and toss to combine.
  4. Cook for a minute or so, stirring frequently.
