Chinese "Fried" Cabbage

Instructions
- Shred cabbage.
- Heat oil in frypan.
- Add cabbage, bacon bits and soy sauce.
- Stir until covered with oil.
- Turn heat to low. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes or until tender.
- Fresh spinach can be substituted for cabbage.
