Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) package TV scalloped potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 tablespoons minced pimento

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon, onion, and green pepper until tender and lightly browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and liquids from the cooked mixture.
  3. Prepare scalloped potatoes according to package instructions.
  4. Add the cooked bacon mixture, drained corn, and minced pimento to the prepared scalloped potatoes.
