Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1/2 stalks celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 1/4 can soy sauce
  • 1/2 can uncooked rice

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger, small chopped onion, and celery in a skillet.
  2. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, soy sauce, and uncooked rice in a casserole dish.
  3. Add the cooked hamburger mixture to the casserole dish and stir well.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  5. During the last 15 minutes of baking, place Chinese noodles on top of the casserole.
