Ingredients

  • 3/4 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white Karo syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs lightly.
  2. Add melted margarine and sugar to the eggs and mix well.
  3. Stir in vinegar, Karo syrup, coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans.
  4. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake at 325°F for about 40 minutes until set.
