Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage links
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 3/4 cup sliced celery
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 10 oz. frozen Chinese snow peas or green beans
  • 2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee beef ravioli
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Fry sausage links until cooked through; remove from pan and drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Drain excess fat from the pan, reserving 1 tablespoon of fat.
  4. Saute chopped onions and sliced celery in the reserved fat until tender.
  5. Add water, beef bouillon cube, and frozen snow peas; cook for 4 minutes.
  6. Add canned beef ravioli and stir gently to combine.
  7. Pour the mixture into a two-quart baking dish.
  8. Top with cooked sausages.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
  10. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
