Chipotle-Turkey Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. salsa
  • 1/2 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
  • 1 flour tortilla (8 inch)
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 slice OSCAR MAYER Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 DEL MONTE Cherry Mixed Fruit (4 oz.)
  • 1 cup prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix

Instructions

  1. Mix salsa and chile powder.
  2. Top tortilla with cheese, turkey and salsa mixture; fold in half.
  3. Cook in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min.
  4. on each side or until quesadilla is golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with remaining ingredients.
