Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. cream-style horseradish
  • 1 small jar chipped beef, shredded
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Blend together the cream cheese and milk, then add the chopped onion, green pepper, white pepper, horseradish, and shredded chipped beef.
  2. Prepare the dip a day ahead and heat through before serving.
  3. Sprinkle chopped, toasted nuts on top before serving.
  4. Serve with small chunks of bread or chips.
