Ingredients

  • 5 oz. can boned chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Combine boned chicken, cream of chicken soup, chopped celery, minced onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and cooked rice in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until ingredients are evenly distributed.
