Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) chicken breasts
  • 1 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 shallot
  • 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken breasts.
  2. Dredge the chicken in flour.
  3. Saute the chicken in a heavy skillet over high heat with 2 tablespoons of butter for about 3 minutes on each side or until just done.
  4. Set the cooked chicken aside and keep warm.
