Choco Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 5/8 cup dark chocolate chopped, each square quartered
  • 1 banana sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Prepare two bowls: in the first bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, sugar, and melted butter
  3. In the second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the chopped chocolate and the banana, then the mixture from the first bowl.
  5. Stir rapidly with a spoon, muffin dough doesn't require a lot of preparation, just a bare mix. So as soon as dough is smooth, stop mixing.
  6. Pour into paper liners (optional) and then put them in muffin tins (rigid or silicone).
  7. Bake for about twenty minutes (check baking after 15 minutes).
  8. Make two batches if necessary.
