Creamy, coconut and walnut-filled chocolate bon-bons with a rich, sweet flavor profile, perfect for satisfying dessert cravings or special occasions with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. pkg. angel flaked coconut
  • 2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 stick paraffin wax
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream together margarine, powdered sugar, and Eagle Brand milk.
  2. Add vanilla, coconut, and chopped walnuts to the mixture.
  3. Refrigerate until the dough is hardened.
  4. Butter hands and roll the mixture into one-inch balls. If the dough gets soft, refrigerate until firm again.
  5. Place the formed balls into a separate bowl.
  6. Refrigerate the balls overnight before serving.
