Chocolate Chip Pecan Bars

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, oats and brown sugar.
- Using 2 knives or pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup.
- Press remaining mixture in bottom of greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake 10 minutes in 350°
- oven.
- Remove and cool for 15 minutes.
- Pour condensed milk over cooled mixture. Spread evenly.
- Cover with pecans and chips.
- Top with reserved 1/2 cup crumb mixture.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool before cutting.
