- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.
- Combine 4 cups of the flour, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.
- Cut 8 tablespoons of the butter into the flour.
- Combine the yeast mixture with the yolks and sour cream and beat into flour until dough is smooth and starts to come away from the sides of the bowl.
