Ingredients

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts, divided
  • 1/4 cup chocolate ice cream topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine softened vanilla ice cream, thawed whipped topping, creamy peanut butter, and 2/3 cup chopped peanuts. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the baked pie shell.
  3. Top with the remaining chopped peanuts and drizzle with chocolate ice cream topping.
  4. Freeze until firm, several hours or overnight.
  5. Allow to defrost for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
