Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 6 Tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Sift flour, cocoa, soda, and salt together in a 9 x 13-inch pan and make 3 holes for liquids.
  2. Pour 2 cups of cold water over the ingredients in the pan.
  3. Mix with a fork until well blended and no lumps remain.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
  5. Frost with your favorite frosting after baking.
