Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 1/2 c. rocks (chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped nuts, granola bar chunks)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding mix as directed with 1 cup of cold milk.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of ground cookies and the rocks (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.) into the pudding mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a prepared pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining ground cookies on top.
  6. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
  7. Garnish with gumdrop flowers or gummy worms.
  8. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
