Chocolate Crunchy Clusters are sweet, crunchy treats combining chocolate, peanuts, and chow mein noodles, perfect for snacking or sharing at parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 14 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
  • 3 oz. can chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and Eagle Brand milk together. Remove from heat.
  2. Combine the chow mein noodles and dry roasted peanuts in a bowl.
  3. Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the noodle and nut mixture until well coated.
  4. Drop the mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheets.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until the clusters are firm.
  6. Store loosely covered in a cool, dry place.
