Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 package chocolate Alba 77
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour the batter into a 9 x 13-inch jelly roll pan lined with waxed paper sprayed with Pam.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool before filling or serving.
