Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup coffee, mug

Instructions

  1. Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well.
  2. Add egg and mix well.
  3. Pour in milk, oil, and mix well.
  4. Add chocolate chips and vanilla and mix again.
  5. Put mug in microwave for 3 minutes on 1000 watts.
  6. The cake will rise over the top of mug, dont be alarmed.
  7. Allow to cool a bit and tip it out of the mug or grab a spoon.
